Google: Email, Calendar, and Contacts on your iOS device: Using G Workspace Apps

Benefits of Gmail and Inbox apps:

• Push Notifications can be turned on.
• Login to one app and you're logged in to other Google apps (Sheets, Drive, Docs, Calendar)
• To-do list like layout and features with Inbox

Gmail and Inbox app setup:

1. Download the respective app from the app store
2. Open the app and click SIGN IN, where you will see the message below.
   

   

3. Select Continue, and you will be directed to a login screen to enter your email address.  Click NEXT to enter your password.
   

   

4. Select whether or not to turn Notifications on

   

5. You're connected - start using the app!
