Connect to Agent IC
Agent IC Allows you to connect to the Cornerstone Production Intercom system with your phone over wifi or cellular data. In order to connect, you will need the username and password that was provided to you.
First Time Install and Setup
- Install the App 'Clear-Com Agent IC' through your phone's app store (available on both Android and iPhone/iPad/iPod)
- After installing and opening the app, tap at the top, where it says either 'LQ Profile' or 'EHX Profile'. It should open a drop down. Select 'LQ Profile 1'
Tap on the gear in the top
- Tap on "Privacy" to open the Settings app
- Turn on "Allow Agent-IC to Access: Microphone"
- Tap on "Notifications" to open the Notifications Settings
Turn on "Allow Notifications"
- Return to The Agent IC App
- Under "Connection" enter the following information:
- User: Enter the username provided to you
- Password: Enter the password provided to you
- LQ Server: ic.prod.cornerstonelife.com
LQ port: 6001
- You can change the "Profile Name" if you would like, but this isn't required.
- Leave all other settings
- Tap "Done"
Connecting to Agent IC
- Open the Agent IC App
- Verify "LQ Profile 1" is selected from the drop down at the top
- Click on the "Start" button to connect.
Disconnecting Agent IC
- To Disconnect (Logout) from Agent IC, tap the "Logout" button in the top left corner.

- The channels that you have may vary person to person, but the channel operation is the same for all channels
