Printer Features

The Cornerstone Office Printers have several more advanced printer features such as stapling, punching, and folding.

B&W Printer Features

1. When you are in the print dialog box (the box that comes up after you click 'Print'), make sure that you are showing details. If your windows looks like below, click "Show Details".
   

   

2. In the drop down menu that says "Preview", select "Printer Features"
3. Make sure the 'Feature Sets:' dropdown is set to "Output"
4. You can set the available options to your needs.
   1. To use these advanced features, you must set the 'Output:' dropdown to either "Finisher Upper Tray" or "Finisher Lower Tray"
      

Color Printer Features

1. When you are in the print dialog box (the box that comes up after you click 'Print'), make sure that you are showing details. If your windows looks like below, click "Show Details".
   

   

2. In the drop down menu that says "Preview", select "Layout / Finish"
3. Click on the "Finish" tab
4. You can set the available options to your needs.
