You can go to the Cornerstone Employee Service Desk at cornerstonelfie.com/servicedesk and click on "Employee Knowledge Base"


Searching is your best resource

Looking for something, and need it fast? Search is the fastest, easiest way to find what you're looking for. Each article is optimized to help you find exactly what you're looking for. You can find the search bar on the home page, as well as on the left sidebar on every single page.

But categories are helpful too.

While searching is the fastest way to find something you're looking for, browsing through the categories can be helpful too if you're looking for more information. Articles are grouped by collections (e.g., All Staff & Communication, Office), with categories within each collection. 

The knowledge base center should be your first go-to resource before submitting an IT request ticket. Most of your answers can be found within it.
