Requesting IT Support
Prior to requesting support regarding an issue you are experiencing, please restart your computer and run any available updates.
How to request IT Support
All IT Requests (including reporting problems, requesting equipment, or general help and questions) must be submitted through our IT Support Portal.
Requests are triaged based on multiple factors, and no time to resolution is guaranteed. Requests are not handled in the order the are received.
If your issue is urgent, please submit a request, and then e-mail it@cornerstonelife.com with the subject "Urgent Request"
- Go to servicedesk.cornerstonelife.com and click on "IT Service Request"
- Select the type of request you would like to submit
- As you are filling out the form, please enter your Cornerstone email address in the 'Email confirmation to' rather than a personal e-mail address. You can also request support on behalf of another employee by entering their Cornerstone email address.
IT Support can assist you with:
- Computer / Tablet issues with Cornerstone owned devices
- Issues with e-mail or other Google issues (cornerstonelife.com, saltcompany.com, thesaltnetwork.com)
- Work-related software access and setup
- Internet / network nuisances
- Printing problems
- Software requests and installation
- Equipment and Software Procurement.
IT Support can NOT assist you with:
- Personal devices
- Personal E-Mail / Other Accounts
- Wifi or Internet at home
